High Vibration Living
We are constantly transmitting energy signals.
These energy signals act like magnets, aligning with and drawing corresponding energies to us.
Most of us intuitively feel energy. You may be aware of a sense of peace, on entering a sacred site such as a church or stone circle… excitement at a festival, or heaviness when visiting places of suffering. You may even feel it when entering a room recently touched by anger.
Our personal energy varies according to our thoughts, feelings and experiences. Some days we may emit high vibrations. On days when our energy is low, we emit lower vibrations.
Energy follows our attention. As we change our thoughts and emotions, we change our vibration too – and in doing so we change what we attract into our lives.
Our personal vibrational frequency determines the reality that we experience.
When we understand that we can change how we vibrate – that we can control the signals we send out, and choose what we attract into our lives – we realise the power we all have to change our lives and attract more favourable experiences.

When we vibrate at higher levels, we feel lighter and happier… Filled with positive emotions such as love, joy, peace and wellbeing.
While in this state, we emit high vibrations – signals that act like magnets, to attract corresponding experiences back to us. Every part of our life can be affected: relationships, health, physical, emotional and financial wellbeing.
When we are living in a high vibration, our life flows effortlessly, opportunities arise, and we feel positive, creative and inspired. In this state we attract beneficial people and situations into our lives. Everything flows more smoothly.
As our vibration rises, not only do we feel the benefits ourselves – but the signals we emit benefit those around us, and our environment too.
When you are vibrating at a higher level, you feel lighter, happier, and life flows more easily.
Lower vibrations feel heavy and dark. They’re characterised by feelings such as sadness, fear, anxiety and anger. In this state, we attract lower vibrational experiences. It is natural that our vibration lowers when we encounter challenging experiences such as loss and grief, health or financial difficulties.
It can feel difficult to raise our vibration and imagine positive change. It may even feel that these energetic vibrations are beyond our control!
However, as we begin to understand energetic patterns, we realise that we can control our own energy vibrations.
By choosing to focus on positive thoughts and emotions – by feeling grateful and appreciative – we can shift ourselves into a higher state of vibration. Our moods are the cause… Not the effect.
You have the power to control your energy. Energy follows intention – it is a choice.
